Service availability
A GapOnly™ claim can be processed during (AEST, excluding NSW public holidays):
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm
When GapOnly™ isn’t available, your Vet may be able to submit an electronic pet insurance claim (or an eClaim) instead.
